Group of Animals...

Does this fish has SCALES..or NOT
Hi everybody..

As i teaching year 3 Science Students last week, i remember that animals can be categorized to many groups.
Animals can be group by looking at their EXTERNAL FEATURES...
For examples, fish has their own fin, scales and tail...
Cat also has tail, no scales but it has furs, whiskers, claws and legs...
Snake also has scales as the fish, and the tail also
So, i can group all of these 3 animals in one group.....the group of animals with TAILS...hehe..

But when we study the animals thru real SCIENCES, they are not in the same group....
So now...just for fun... i wanna group the animals in ZOO NEGARA MALAYSIA into 3 GROUPS :

1.  ANIMAL WITH LEGS
Tigers, Lions, Birds, Elephants,
Giraffe, Zebra, Goats, Deer,
Monkeys, etc...
...too many of themm..

2.  ANIMALS WITH HAIR
Elephants, Goats, Tigers, Deers,
Mousedeers, Giraffe,
Monkeys, Zebras, ets...

3.  ANIMALS WITH SCALES
Fishes, Snakes,
What else do you think ?...
try to figure it out....hehehe

Objective of this ONLINE ZOO...

The main objective of this online zoo is to provide to everybody about the living thing especially animals that live together on this earth, in fact, they are here earlier than us...the humankind...

To grow awareness in our world's community for nature & wildlife conservation.
Estimated ONLY 10% OF WORLD POPULATION visit zoos every year.

This amount is still very small, and it MUST BE INCREASE in order for us to HELP SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT, THE ECOSYSTEM especially the ENDANGERED SPECIES.

By visiting the zoos, we will pay the entrance fees....this money will contribute to help the authority or any related party to conserve our NATURE & WILDLIFE...

By visiting the zoos also, it can help us to entertain our mind to relax by the recreation of the NATURE & WILDLIFE...

Today when wildlife habitats are under severe pressure and a large number of species of wild fauna have become endangered, the zoos have not only to sustain their own populations but also augment the depleting populations of endangered species in the wild.

So, as a HUMANBEING, it is ABSOLUTELY OUR RESPONSIBLE TO PROTECT & PRESERVE THE NATURE & WILDLIFE....

But, who are we?....we cannot do it by ourself...WE only CAN MAKE IT BETTER...by contributing a very small amount of money...visiting the zoos... contributing to WWF or any organisation to help implementing their duties...

so, SUPPORT! SUPPORT! SUPPORT!...
