HOW TO GET TO SINGAPORE ZOO

ZOO OPENING HOURS :
8.30AM TO 6.00 PM DAILY
There are 2 ways to get to Singapore Zoo :
1. By Car/Taxi
2. By using Public Transport : MRT & LRT
BY CAR / TAXI :
Basically, this is the easiest way. If you are driving yourself, you must know the road, otherwise you must need a map or GPS to guide you. You may need less than 45 minutes to reach SINGAPORE ZOO by car/taxi, depend from where you are.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT :
(note : You MUST take MRT/LRT System Map at any of its station for reference)
If you plan to use MRT/LRT & BUS, there are NO DIRECT MRT/LRT to the ZOO. You MUST PLAN your trip earlier. You must know which line of MRT/LRT to take. Which station to stop and what BUS to take to get to SINGAPORE ZOO.
From my experience, using public transport will take a lot of time, and a bit boring.
Using MRT/LRT, you MUST take North-South Line (the red line) and STOP AT this station :
Station No : NS16 - Ang Mo Kio
or
Station No : NS4 - Choa Chu Kang
From here, you MUST take a BUS to get to SINGAPORE ZOO.
At both station, BUS STATION is just opposite the road. Please OBSERVE PROPERLY, or ask people around for help/guide.
Note : Please wear a suitable attire as you are going to walk a lot. You may need 3-5 Hours walking in the zoo because
SINGAPORE ZOO IS VERY INTERESTING..
I CAN SAY THAT IT IS MAYBE ONE THE BEST ZOO IN THE WORLD....
